Shipping Information
Delivery Time:
Local Delivery Time: 12-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
International Shipping Time: 20-25 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
Couriers:
- Pakistan: Leopards or TCS
- International: SkyNet, DHL or FedEx
Payment Options:
We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery, credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery for orders outside of Pakistan. If you encounter any issues during the payment process or have any questions about payment options, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
Order confirmation and Tracking:
All orders placed from Monday to Friday take upto 2 working days to confirm. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delay in verification of information, order can face temporary delays.
For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying your order with a maximum of 3 confirmation calls. If call left unattended, your order will be cancelled. Orders placed through online payment system undergo a comprehensive fraud status check. We’ll check everything carefully to make sure it's all good, upon clearance we will move forward with your order. But if there's a problem with the payment, we have to cancel your order for safety reasons. Payments will be collected from the shipping address for orders placed on Cash on Delivery Method.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please be sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folder as well for any correspondence related to your order.
Customs Duties:
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may be applicable depending on the regulations of your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any potential duties or taxes before placing your order. We are unable to predict or control these charges, as they are determined by customs authorities. Order Cancellation and Modification:
You can cancel or change your order anytime before we start processing it.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Items are out of stock
- Pricing issue
- Technical problems.
- Your payment doesn't go through.
- High return issue
- Out of Service area
- Suspicious activity
